She was predeceased by: her parents, David Bourque and Eugenie Bourque (Roy); her husband Ralph P. Gustafson; her siblings, Gerard, Joseph Bourque and Lillian Cormier; and her siblings-in-law, Joffre Cormier and Margaret "Peg" Bourque.
She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Mazur of North Providence, RI, Christine Bielak (Stanley) of Westminster and Rose Marie McKenzie (Kevin) of Largo, FL; her stepchildren, Thomas R. Gustafson (Yvette) of Gardner, David R. Gustafson (Diane) of New Braintree and Ann Mitus (Paul) of Gilbertville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Roach, Matthew Bielak (Lisa), Marc Bielak (Paula), Eric McKenzie (Cari), Brian McKenzie (Autumn) and Heather McKenzie; and her nephew Canu. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; along with several nieces.
