It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Anthony Hornak of Winchendon, Massachusetts, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Michael Hornak; his parents, Stephen Hornak and Eva Hornak; and his brothers, Stephen and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Hornak; his son Nicholas Hornak; and his stepchildren, Erica Mazaika and Kenneth Mazaika (Natalie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stone-Ladeau Funeral Home (343 Central St, Winchendon, MA 01475). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
