We bid farewell to Alice Fitzgerald (Winchester, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Alice touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband David C. Bayer; her parents, Nicholas H. Fitzgerald, Sr. and Helen McCauley Fitzgerald; and her great-nephew Joshua Biltekoff. She is survived by: her nieces, Leanne Fitzgerald Velichansky, Darcy Fitzgerald Biltekoff and Sharon Fitzgerald; her nephew Nicholas H. Fitzgerald III; and her stepdaughters, Lynne Bayer Saboe and Nancy Kay Forsberg. She is also survived by 5 great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lane Funeral Home (760 Main St, Winchester, MA 01890). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Saint Eulalia's Church (50 Ridge St, Winchester, MA 01890).
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that contributions be sent to the Winchester Hospital, 41 Highland Avenue, Winchester, MA 01890, or the Sawtelle Family Hospice House, 320 Haverhill Street, Reading, MA 01867.
