She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Vigoda and Ethel Vigoda; her brothers, Henry Vigoda and Louis Vigoda; and her former husband Arthur.

She is survived by: her children, Sheldon Israelson (Kayla), Evan Israelson (Kristen) and Julie Hernandez (Sebastian Hernandez); and her grandchildren, Cayley Israelson, Lily Israelson and Ariana Hernandez. She is also survived by her sister-in-law.

Donations in Ann's memory may be made to Multiple Sclerosis – New England Chapter, American Cancer Society or Wounded Warrior Project.
