He was predeceased by: his father Henry; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his son Frankie; his mother Gemma; his siblings, Camille and Henry; and his nephew Jake.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that support be directed toward a fundraiser that has been set up in Jamie's name.
