It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James T. Sweeney of Winchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jacquelyn "Jackie" Sweeney; his son James H. Sweeney (Jessica) of East Greenbush, NY.; his brother Edward; his nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Kara, Jim and Jason; his parents, Catherine and James; and his siblings, Joseph, Mary Claire and Kathleen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Carafa Family Funeral Home (389 Washington Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Church (670 Washington Ave, Revere, MA 02151).
