He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Russell and Ruth Russell (Bull); his wife Ann; and his siblings, Duane Russell and Sylvia Zeglen.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Ann Jackson of Plymouth, MN; his granddaughter Emma; his son David Keeney Russell (Tammy) of Shirley, MA; his grandchildren, Kelly Russell and Jessica Patton (Zachary); his daughter Pamela Russell Perras (Mick) of Portsmouth, RI; his granddaughters, Alicia Mathews (Lance), Alexandra Perras and Rachel Temte (James); Riley Pamela Mathews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the First Congregational Church in Winchester, UCC or a Parkinson's Research Foundation.
