We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2022, at the age of 51, Deborah Rose Lusignan of Windsor, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Edmond Lusignan and Elisabeth Lusignan of Pittsfield, MA; her sister Kerry Lusignan; her children, Shawn Kirchner and Nadia Lusignan; her fiancé David Birrell of Windsor, MA; her stepdaughter Marguerite Birrell; her niece Ever Lusignan; and her pet Faye.

At her core, Debbie's passion was helping people, which could be seen in her political work and through her donations and charity within her communities.
