He is survived by: his parents, John Lombardi and Polly Knox Lombardi; his sister Lisa Echard; his brother-in-law Jason Echard; his nephew Aidan; his niece Abigail; his significant other Trinity Koch; and his significant other's daughter Rebekah Koch. He is also survived by his caregivers, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wellington Family Funeral Home - Dalton (525 Main St, Dalton, MA 01226). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home (525 Main St, Dalton, MA 01226). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hill Cemetery.
