She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite "Caryl" Devlin (Herbert) and William B. Devlin; her siblings, William "Billy" Devlin and Jean Sloan; and her uncle John Herbert.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Citro (Paul) of Revere and Courtney McGrath (Chandler Squires) of South Carolina; her siblings, Janice Devlin of Winthrop and John "Jack" Devlin of Winthrop; her aunt Cynthia Otter (late Raymond) of Lynn; and her cousin Virginia Otter of Lynn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.
