He was predeceased by : his parents, Bonnie L. David (Crouch) and Harold D. Bolster Jr. David; and his brother Steve Bolster. He is survived by : his siblings, Bruce R. Bolster (Linda) of Winthrop and Christine Conroy; his nieces, Christina M. Schlageter (Alex) and Laura J. Bolster; and also Finnegan A. Schlageter.
