It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward G Gleeson of Winthrop, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his siblings, Frank, Mary, Joseph, John, Herbert, Theresa, Thomas, Katherine and Elaine; his parents, Francis Gleeson and Josephine Gleeson (Cahill); and his wife Betty.

He is survived by : his children, Edward Gleeson of Winthrop, Tracy Wilson (Kenneth) of Hampton, NH and Doreen Gleeson (Charles DiGiacomo) of Winthrop; and his siblings, William Gleeson (Josephine) of East Boston and Joanne Candelora (Frank) of Revere. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
