He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Iverson and Sarah Iverson. He is survived by: his brother Dean Iverson; his sister-in-law Claire; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney McKelvey and Craig Iverson.

“I knew Eric for 47 years. Every encounter was a delight!! We were good buddies back in the late 70's. I was dating one of Eric's best friends. Everyone loved him. What's not to love? He was so cute and funny. His great sense of humor never waivered over the years. Sarcastic or just plain funny, he always put a smile on my face. I still got the pleasure of seeing him at the Elks in recent years. I will always love him and there's a special place in my heart where he will be forever.”
