We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2023, at the age of 75, Frances A. Spinazzola of Winthrop, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her daughter Lori Hartley (Anthony) of Pelham; her parents, John Ruggiero and Vincenzina "Vinny"; her siblings, Janet Macrina and Joseph Ruggiero; and her grandson Brett Ashley Hartman. She was also cherished by her loving aunt, nieces, and nephews.

“FRAN LIVED UPSTAIRS FROM ME. SHE WAS A LOVELY WOMAN WHO ALWAYS HAD A BIG SMILE WHENEVER WE WOULD SEE EACH OTHER AROUND THE BUILDING. WHEN SHE STARTED DIALYSIS I WOULD SIT IN LOBBY AND CHAT WITH HER WHILE SHE WAITED FOR HER RIDE, I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HER UPBEAT DEMEANOR DESPITE KNOWING SHE WAS ON HER WAY TO A DIALYSIS TREATMENT. SHE WAS A BRAVE LADY WHO FACED HER ILLNESS HEAD ON. MY SYMPATHIES TO HER FAMILY. FRAN WILL BE MISSED BY ALL HERE AT PILLAR HOUSE.”
