He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Valys and Glenna F. Valys (Lessard); and his sister Carol Bybee of Long Beach, CA. He is survived by: his wife Nancy T. Valys (Ford); his children, Mark G. Valys of Winthrop, Keith J. Valys of Winthrop and Monica E. DeBole (Leo) of Swampscott; and his grandchildren, Clyde, Audrey, Noah, Katie, Jack and Ainsley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
