He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kirk (Danahy) and John T. Kirk; his wife Joan (Hewitt); and his sisters, Margaret DeFeo and June Kirk.
He is survived by: his sons, John Kirk (Joanne) of Winthrop, Dennis Kirk of Oklahoma and Billy Kirk of Revere; his stepsons, Scott Cone of Winthrop and Bobby Cone of New York; and his grandchildren, Candice, Billy, Allie, Kenny and Kendra.
