Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roy Geissler of Winthrop, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 78, on December 29, 2025. As we bid Roy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Roy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Geissler (Nicholls) and Alden Geissler; and his brother Donald Geissler. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Geissler (Woods) of Winthrop; his children, Lauren of Winthrop and Clifton Geissler (Camilla Liang Geissler) of Allston; and his siblings, Priscilla Holmes (Geissler) of West Boylston and William Geissler (Ann) of Maplewood, NJ.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ernest P. Caggiano & Son Funeral Home (147 Winthrop St, Winthrop, MA 02152).
