She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent P. Sapienza; her parents, Augusto Zanni and Maria Zanni; and her sister Ann Castagnoli. She is survived by: her children, Edmund Sapienza (late Eileen) of Billerica, Bernadette Ficociello of Burlington, Douglas Sapienza (Linda) of Stow and Brian Sapienza (Michelle) of Littleton. She is also survived by ten loving grandchildren and eight loving great grandchildren.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Adeline's memory to the charity of one's choice.
