He was predeceased by: his father Anthony D. DaCosta. He is survived by: his mother Theresa DaCosta (Gately) of Woburn; his son Dylan DaCosta; his sister Jeni Massone; his nephew Michael DaCosta; Amanda Creekmore of New Hampshire. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
