She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Gaffney; her parents, James Sherry and Mary Sherry (Mitchell); her grandson Eric; and her brother James Sherry.
She is survived by: her children, James Gaffney Jr. (Sandra) of Florida, Elaine Santosuosso (Ronald) of Walpole, Kevin Gaffney (Christine Longo) of Salem, NH, Christine Vespucci (late Anthony) of Pepperell, Sherry Richardson (Brian) of Stratham, NH and Lisa D'Arrigo (Peter) of Woburn; her grandchildren, Jilliane, Kristin, Neal, Nicole, Meghan, Kimberly, Matthew, Grace, Anna, Christina, Peter, Joseph and Brianna; and her sister Helen Allen of Holyoke. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
