He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Winn and Jeanne Winn (Garvey); his siblings, Robert M. Winn and Jacqueline "Jackie" Mahoney (Robert "Bob" Winn) of Wakefield; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Fitzpatrick, Don Robinson and Brian Doherty.

He is survived by : his sisters, Deborah Winn Robinson (late Don) of Woburn, Marcia Libbey (George) of Woburn, Jeannie Fitzpatrick (late Paul) of Woburn, Allison Ray (Jody) of Woburn and Michelle Doherty (late Brian) of Woburn; and his brother-in-law Jack Mahoney of Wakefield. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Brian's memory to the American Heart Association.
