He was predeceased by: his wife Benita Pintone (Tammaro); his parents, Giovanni Pintone and Teresa Pintone (Candida); and his sibling Giulia Gennaro. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Pagliuca (Joseph) of Medford, Giulietta Pompey (Stephen) of Woburn and Giovanni Pintone (Jeannie) of Woburn; his grandchildren, Lina Pappalardo (Jonathan) of Reading, Giuliana Rizzo (Marc) of Reading, Melissa Ward (Michael) of Woburn, T. J, Pompey (Sarah) of Woburn, Nicole Pintone of Woburn and Danielle Pintone of Woburn; his great grandchildren, Carmen, Tye, Harper, Charlie, Reese, Emery, Mila and Summer; and his siblings, Maria Lombardo, Giovanna Scrivo, Giuseppe and Vincenzo Pintone. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
