Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Charles for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. "Charlie" Gilbertson Sr. and Doris T. "Dolly" Gilbertson (O'Donnell); and his siblings, Liane Gilbertson-Mielke (Scott) of Plymouth and John A. Gilbertson (Kathleen) of Derry. He is survived by: his children, Christine Gilbertson of Woburn and Daniel Gilbertson of Woburn; his sibling Beverly Ann Griffiths (Dave) of Rochester; and his cherished grand-pets, Scout, Jem, Stevie and Joga. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
