It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claire Helene Lowthers of Woburn, Massachusetts, born in Melrose, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Henry Fillebrown and Barbara Bickerton Twinem (Fillebrown); her children, Gary Lowthers (Robyn) of Haverhill, Carol Lowthers of Woburn, Barbara Lambert (Mark) of New Gloucester, ME, Lynn Devoe (Steve) of Tewksbury and Mark Lowthers (Susan) of Ashby; and her siblings, Norma Kyper, Kenneth Fillebrown (Lucille) of Lebanon, NH, George Twinem and John Twinem (Jackie).
