She was predeceased by: her parents, Rina Gershkowitz and Julius Gershkowitz. She is survived by: her brother Robert Gershkowitz (Barbara); her niece Madeline; her nephew Jeffrey; and her great-niece Brooke.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Donna's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or to Temple Emunah.
