He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Stafford and Mabel Stafford (Anderson); and his siblings, Charles Stafford and Anna Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Gail A. Stafford (Wharf); his children, William Stafford of Woburn and Brenda Cioto (David) of Atkinson, NH.; his grandchildren, Jessica Babineau (Eddie) of Manchester, NH, Ashley Cioto of Gloucester and Maria Cioto of Atkinson, NH.; and his son-in-law David of Atkinson, NH.. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
