She was predeceased by: her husband William T. Chaddock; and her brothers, Walter, Kenneth, Carl, Einar and Herman Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Chaddock (Rachel) of Dunstable, Beverly Chaddock and Donna Chaddock (Matthew Perry); and her granddaughters, Fallon Adams of Woburn, Stephanie and Ashley Chaddock of Dunstable. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ellen's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
