He was predeceased by: his spouse Donata "Dona" F. Kilbride (Rice); his parents, Joseph J. Kilbride and Cecelia G. Kilbride (Keady); and his sister Peggy Cullen. He is survived by: his children, Ellen Nilsen (Dale) of Wilmington, James T. Kilbride, Jr. (Susan) of Peabody, Donald J. Kilbride (Sue) of Wellesley and Susan LaCambria (John) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Cody, Emily Nilsen, Oliva, Abby, Chris Kilbride, Duncan, Finn, Sawyer Kilbride, Ashley and Katelyn LaCambria; and his siblings, Denis Kilbride of Woburn, Kay Banks, Donald, Richard and Edward Kilbride.
