She was predeceased by: her parents, William Waters and Louise Waters; her husband Nicholas S. Barbas; her daughter Karen Barbas; her siblings, Barbara (Anthony Christofero), Phyllis (William Rizzo) and Richard Waters; and her brother-in-law John (Mary Barbas).

She is survived by: her children, Steve N. Barbas (Catherine) of Billerica and Barbara Salvati (James) of Woburn; her grandchildren, Caitlin (Alex Silva), Nicholas Barbas, Douglas (Victoria), Brooke and Amy Salvati; and her sisters-in-law, Constance Waters of Chelmsford and Patricia Barbas of Woburn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
