He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin F. Scanlon and Delia Scanlon (Whelan); and his siblings, Loy Carroll, Ellen Scanlon and Harry Carroll.
He is survived by: his great-nieces, Kerri Neelon (William), Kaitlyn Berrick (Alex) and Meghan Duffey (Conor); Will. He is also survived by his family, especially his siblings and nieces.
