With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen E. Grace (Woburn, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Grace and Catherine Grace (Shine); and her siblings, Joan Grace, Patricia DeMarino, Florence Giangrande, William Grace, Albert Grace, George Grace, Robert Grace, Joseph Hennessy, Thomas Hennessy and Anna Reardon. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, including extended nieces and nephews.
