He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Sullivan and H. Joan Sullivan (Josephson). He is survived by: his pet Ice Lynn; his wife Lynn Sullivan (Raffael); his children, Heather of Woburn, Katie Sullivan of Woburn, Jennifer Lennon (John) of Woburn and Joshua Hart of Woburn; his grandson Will Dolata; his siblings, Elsa J. Mathew, Eric J. Sullivan (Valerie) of Billerica and Timothy J. Sullivan (Deanna) of Wakefield; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
