She was predeceased by: her parents, Francesco Ortisi and Anna Ortisi (Scalzo); her spouse Rosario LaPorta; and her son Franco. She is survived by: her children, Antonino LaPorta (Debbie), Fabrizio LaPorta (Julia), Michael LaPorta (Sharon), Roberto and Giselle; and her sibling Conchettina Balotta. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
