He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Prohaska and Gertrude F. Prohaska (Ewald). He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Prohaska (McAninch); his children, Jonathan Prohaska (Brooke) of Epping, NH, Jennifer Prohaska and Heather Prohaska of Woburn; his granddaughter Amelia; and his brother David Prohaska.
