He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Mannion and Helen Mannion (Wizenborn); his stepson Daniel White; and his brother William Mannion. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Mannion (Lynn), Peter Mannion, Julie Rigazio (Jim) of Andover and Thomas Mannion (Stephanie) of Melrose; his stepsons, Kevin White (Amy) of Marston Mills, Peter White (Lauren) of Manchester, NH and Roger White (Seema) of Woburn; and his siblings, Paul Mannion (Winnie), Elsie Kastor and Joan Mannion.
