He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Costa (DiGiovanni); his children, Vincent (late Mary Costa) of Abington, Diane Tranghese of Medford and Philip Jr.; his family, Carla Tranghese (Tanya Perez), Vincent Costa Jr. (Annmarie) of Franklin, Joseph Costa (Melissa) of Hanover and Lauren Lauranzano (Nathan) of Beverly; and his great grandchildren, Meghan and Erin of Franklin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Leonard Church (320 Hanover St, Boston, MA 02113). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
