She was predeceased by: her husbands, Joseph J. Maggiore, Sr. and Vincent Raso; her parents, Michele Costa and Lena Costa (Micciche); and her siblings, Nina Smith, Lucille, James, Joseph, Louis and Michael Costa.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Forester (Andy) of Wilmington; and her stepchildren, Joseph J. Maggiore, Jr. (Theresa) of Medford, Stephanie Maggiore (Lynne Glancy) of Haverhill and Sandra Quatromoni (William) of Florida. She is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren and 12 loving great grandchildren.
It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Phyllis' memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
