He was predeceased by: his brother William; his wife Barbara A. Haverty (Loeffler); and his parents, Mary Haverty and Patrick Haverty. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Hehn (Joseph) of Chelmsford, Susan Grenier (David) of Oxford and Stephen Haverty (Marsha) of Woburn; his siblings, Thomas, Paul, Edmund, John, Francis and Helena Haverty; and his grandchildren, Erin, Lauren, Bryan, Sean, Cara, Matthew, Kate and Andrew. He is also survived by 3 children, and later welcomed 8 grandchildren and most recently one great -grandson.

Masks MUST be worn at all times, along with strict adherence to social distancing.

In lieu of flowers donations made be made in Dick's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
