He was predeceased by: his son Richard Nolan Gonsalves; his parents, John Gonsalves and Rowena Gonsalves; his former wife Ramonne Patricia Gonsalves; and his siblings, Helen, Rowena, Jack, Paul and David.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Roessel of Norton; his children, Maria Tancredi (John) of Woburn, Joanna Gonsalves (late Greg Lamontagne), Rob Gonsalves (Jennifer Lim) of Wellesley and Paul Gonsalves (Dee Dee) of Ludlow; his grandchildren, Kelly, Becca, Renée, Sara, Rahul, Gabrielle and Lucas; his great grandchildren, Calvin and Julian Navarro; and his sister Margaret Hayes (Jack) of Sarasota. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
