He is survived by: his children, Robert Regan (Tamar), Paul Regan (Donna), Hildegarde Regan and Beverly Regan; his grandchildren, Chase, Nicole, Justin, Garrett and Owen; and his brother Tom Regan (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
