We announce the death of Theresa Chotkowski of Woburn, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 12, 2026. Theresa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Edward Andruszewski, Henrietta Zadroga (late Joseph) and John Andrus; her parents, Catherine Andruszewski and Stanislaus Andruszewski; and her husband Tony.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Chotkowski (Fran) of Mansfield, Dr. Gregory Chotkowski, Peter Chotkowski of West Harwich, Karen Zaleski (Richard) of Avon and Philip Chotkowski of Woburn; her grandchildren, Timothy Zaleski (Deirdre), Daniel Zaleski (Hannah Wanless), Lauren Zaleski (Matthew Seymour), Kasey Rancier (Sean), James Chotkowski and Honor Hamilton (Trey); her friend Phyllis Small of Burlington; and her grandchildren, Philip, Tim, Dan, Andrew and August. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
