He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Liberty and Isabelle Liberty (Gillis). He is survived by: his wife Valerie A. Liberty (Maloof); his siblings, Scott W. Liberty (Susan) of Wilmington and Robin A. Liberty of Stoneham; his nephews, Daniel Liberty (Jenna) and Derek Liberty (Amanda); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Summer, Christian and Hunter; his mother-in-law Roberta Maloof of Andover; and his pet Jazzy. He is also survived by other loving extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in honor of Tom to K9's for Warriors 114 Camp K9 Road, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081.
