He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Nelligan Jr. Dear and Loretta A. Nelligan (McLaughlin); and his sister Nancy Hartley of Amherst, NY.. He is survived by: his child Shannon Hagel (David) of Chelmsford; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Thomas and Caden Hagel; his former wife Patricia Nelligan (Tuttle) of Nashua, NH; and his siblings, Michael Nelligan (Janice) of Rowley, Kerry Casey (Jack) of Ogunquit, ME and Marybeth Connors (Robert) of Woburn. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, countless cousins and friends.
