He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas A. Cullen and Frances H. Cullen (Lydon); his sisters, Joan F. Rosa (Edward) of Woburn and Coleen Cullen of Woburn; his niece Jeannette Brady (Thomas) of Woburn; his nephew Michael Rosa (Kerri) of Wilmington; his great-nephews, Gavin and Charles; and his great-niece Lila. He was also cherished by many loving cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home (263 Main St, Woburn, MA 01801). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Charles Church (280 Main St, Woburn, MA 01801).
