He was predeceased by: his son James Michael; his granddaughter Sabrina Best; his parents, Sarah Foley (Ford) of County Galway and Michael Foley (Bridie) of Kerry; and his brothers, James Foley and John C. Foley.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Molly, Maggie, Sarah, Brighde, Ciara, Kyla, Jimmy, Tommy, Ava, Danny and Callie; his great grandchildren, Dennis, Caroline and Nicole; his wife Ruth Foley (DiGiacomandrea); his children, Donna Malloy (Eugene) of Woburn, Michael William Foley (Tiffany), Heather Cooper (Mark) of Billerica and Colleen Sicari (Daniel) of Burlington; and his siblings, Monica Tortola (late Fred) of Waltham, Mary Carleton (late James) and William Foley (late Catherine). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
