He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hayes and Marion Hayes (Gentry); and his sister Anne. He is survived by: his daughter MiKaela R. Hayes (Jason Freitas) of Woburn; his grandchildren, Alena and Dante; his sibling Bettya; his wife Marysia Hayes (Stuczynski); and his siblings, Rita Hayes of Pembroke, Danny, Richie, Betty, Donny and Chucky Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
