He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Toomey (Sullivan); his children, Kelly Toomey-Wentworth (Jon) of Woburn and William L. Toomey Jr. (Jacqueline) of Reading; his grandchildren, Shane, Chloe, Samantha, Leah, Andrew and Ava; his parents, William Toomey and Madeline Toomey (Denley); his son Jeremiah S. Toomey (Nicole) of Chelmsford; and his siblings, Carolyn Young (John) of Plymouth, Teresa Dean (late Andrew) of Marshfield, Mark Toomey (Rena) and Madeline Jack (William) of Rowley. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
