William will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dorothea "Dotty" Hinchliffe and Robert Locke. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Locke (Foley); and his children, Bill Locke (Janel) of St. Petersburg, FL, Kristen Southard (Ryan) of Burlington and Jason Locke (Paola) of Woburn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Chestnut St, Arlington, MA 02474). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (32 Medford St, Arlington, MA 02474).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory William A. Locke, to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
