He was predeceased by: his parents, Majella Tauras and Alexander Tauras; and his siblings, Nina Tauras, John Tauras and Daniel Tauras.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Tauras, Thomas Tauras, Susan Capalbo, Theresa Goulet, Marie Gagnon and Joseph Tauras; and his close friend Kathy Placek. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
