He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn D'Ambra (Berry); his wife Joyce C. D'Ambra (Amidon); and his parents, Joseph D'Ambra and Lucy D'Ambra (Novia). He is survived by: his children, Alfred (Patricia), Robert (Angela), Raymond D'Ambra (Sherry) and Debra Young (Steven). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Harmony Hospice 50 Maude St. Providence, RI 02908.
